Marian Timmer is the Owner, Lead Planner & Event Stylist at Minted Artistry. She graduated with honors at The Art Institute of Chicago with a bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing and Management. This degree was the perfect compliment to event planning because it seamlessly integrated creative designs with the logic of business skills. While living in Chicago, Marian worked along side the lead event planner at Vosges Haut Chocolat. After 5 years of living in downtown Chicago, Marian and her high school sweetheart husband moved to Dallas, Texas. She loved corporate events but her heart was always guiding her to wedding planning…. Thus, Minted Artistry was born in 2012! Her love of working with couples on a personal level to create an unforgettable and personal wedding is her passion. She has a commitment to excellence and strives to go above and beyond her clients' expectations.

Marian loves to travel with her husband and three wonderful kids, especially to Paris! When she's not overseas traveling, you can find her spending time with her immediate and extended family, going to church, or snuggling with her fluffy dogs: Daisy (wheaten terrier) and Leila (rough collie).

We love creating a beautiful design for the event and finding vendors within the wedding budget. One of the most valuable things that we do is make the planning process fun and relaxed for you.
We do the planning, budgeting and coordinating so that you get to focus on the exciting parts of designing your wedding, like: tasting cake flavors, trying on gorgeous wedding gowns, and selecting the perfect invitation. Our work ethic encompasses personalized service, elegance and excitement, while creating stunning occasions and unforgettable memories for our clients.

Not only do our clients want a fabulous wedding, but they do not want to become all consumed by the planning process. We are a very pro-marriage company and, we believe, that a wedding planner is an imperative element in order for couples to enjoy their engagement while preparing for marriage. We want to take care of all the behind the scenes details so our couples can continue to date & court and become closer during the engagement. We do not want our clients to become frenzied by the wedding planning process, but to instead enjoy every moment along the way with a stress free attitude.
We love it when our clients are more invested in the marriage than the wedding. While we love weddings, the wedding day starts the grand adventure of life together... when "The Best Is Yet To Come".
